A surprisingly terrible experience, especially...
Liked: The location wasn't bad and it had free parking. If you wanted to gamble, the casino looked nice- though we didn't use it on this trip. The morning staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the Guy Fieri restaurant was nice.
Disliked: The evening/night staff was rude and dismissive. The sheets were dirty. The shower tiles were seperating. They had one bar of soap and no other toiletries. They had two $3 bottles of water in the room, on the table but no complementary water readily available. Their special cable failed almost immediately so the only channels available on he TV were the advertising channels. The music from the entrance could be heard all through the night.

Need pleasant staff
Liked: We had an awesome dinner at the 360 Steakhouse. We then went downstairs to casino and a lot of fun there.
Disliked: When we first drove up and parked it was not clear we could not park in that spot. A staff member came out and kept telling us we could not park there. Instead of welcoming us to the hotel and then nicely saying how it worked to check into the hotel.The hotel room was beautiful but everything smelled like cigarette smoke. The drain in the sink was very slow to drain and the water pressure in the shower was terrible.

Next time we go to...
Liked: Area was safe, hotel room was very clean, located close to the Omaha zoo, some nice views of the Missouri river.
Disliked: Beds were hard as a rock, the free parking was a long walk away, no microwave in the room, no continental breakfast, check-in time wasn't until 4:00pm, oh, and no swimming pool.

I would not go back.
Liked: The location was perfect for that portion of our travels. The staff were helpful and friendly. The food at Guy Fieri's Kitchen was good.
Disliked: More choices for food. There was only one restaurant. We ate dinner there, but no breakfast was available. The ice machine was broken. We just felt that the entire hotel was "tired". Not what we expected from Harrah's.
