I would not go back.
Liked: The location was perfect for that portion of our travels. The staff were helpful and friendly. The food at Guy Fieri's Kitchen was good.
Disliked: More choices for food. There was only one restaurant. We ate dinner there, but no breakfast was available. The ice machine was broken. We just felt that the entire hotel was "tired". Not what we expected from Harrah's.

Disliked: Service terrible especially for the money paying 5 star prices for two star service Wanted towels and tissues sent up. Said sure. Nothing!!

Liked: Reasonable price for the room
Disliked: I recently stayed at your hotel in Council Bluffs, Iowa on June 10, 2025. One of the main reasons I chose your property was the advertised fitness center featuring “the latest gym equipment,” which I was looking forward to using after a 12-hour drive from Colorado.Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. After checking in and changing, I went to use the fitness center only to be told by the front desk that it was closed for concerts. I was directed to a temporary setup down the hall, which turned out to be a repurposed storage room containing only two treadmills, two elliptical machines, and a small set of rusted dumbbells. This setup fell far short of what was advertised and expected.I expressed my concerns to the front desk staff, but was informed that no manager was available until the next day. I was told someone would follow up with me, but I have yet to receive any communication.Adding to the frustration, the on-site steakhouse—which was another selling point of the hotel—was closed for both Monday and Tuesday, which I was not made aware of in advance.Due to the lack of a functional fitness center, I was forced to seek out a local gym and paid $40 out-of-pocket for a day pass. I believe compensation for this experience is reasonable, given the misleading amenities and inconvenience I experienced. I’m happy to provide photos of the temporary fitness area upon request.If I do not receive a response, I will consider sharing my experience with the Better Business Bureau and in a public review.Thank you for your attention to this matter. Great stay, good rest, quiet
Liked: The room was clean and comfortable, it was also quiet no hallway noise or noise from the room above me was heard
Disliked: Charged 3 dollars for a bottle of water in the room, and the room contained no bibles.

Not as great as I...
Liked: The waitress on the main floor restaurant was great.
Disliked: The restaurant choices were very limited. The room was VERY plain and only had one chair. Bed not so comfortable. The lady at the front desk was pushing a Harrah's pass, which I had no interest in.

Disliked: They didn’t have enough carts to move all of our things to the room and back to the car.
