Liked: I like the room size, it’s spacious and i love the running hot water in the bath tub. The bathroom was clean but the toiletries were not enough for 4 persons. The sheets were immaculate white and cleans and the beds was comfortable to sleep on.
Disliked: I didn’t like that they haven’t cleaned our room and I didn’t know that we need to ask them if we wanted our room to be cleaned. Covid times are over they should check and clean the room unless the guest say so. No one emptied our garbage which was full up to the brim of the garbage bins. When we came back from the dance competition of my daughter, we asked for towels and toiletries which they bought us some but we forgot to ask them to bring extra toiletries which paper coz we were about to ran out. No one came back and we have to go down the lobby for 6th floor so we can pick up the 2 rolls of toilet paper. Should they have check the room and empties the garbage they know that we need more toilet paper and toiletries and that we need our garbage bins to be cleaned or emptied out. During our breakfast as well, I noticed that the lady who cleans up the spills and mess on the coffee and cereal area used the same clothes to wipe off the mess and at the same time she arranged the slices of bread with the same gloves. She did not wash her hands and change the gloves before fixing the slices of bread, that’s unsanitary.

Liked: Perfect place to stay. Good location. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was great. My daughter liked staying there, especially the pool.

Location and Space

Liked: The location was idle for commuting to New York. The bus stop is literally across the road from the hotel. Loved how spacious it was for a family of 4.

Liked: The atmosphere was wonderful. Location was perfect.
Disliked: I was very disappointed by the parking, when I parked in the garage there wasn’t enough signs to direct you to the entrance. When I saw the location of the pool that was the biggest disappointment, looking at trucks and construction materials wasn’t how I wanted to relax.
