Disappointing Stay: Lack of Accessibility...
Liked: It is close to Pancras and King's Cross Stations. Quite street. Close also to a shopping center, with Waitross. Nice area.
Disliked: I had a deeply disappointing experience at this hotel. There is no lift, and access to both the front desk and rooms requires using stairs—including narrow ones going down to basement rooms (where my assigned room was located). Nowhere in the main description on Booking.com is this made clear; only if you click a small link under "Accessibility" do you see a mention that stairs are involved. I only discovered this after arriving late in the evening (around 20:30).While I do not have a disability, I am over 70 years old and cannot carry luggage up and down multiple flights of stairs. When I arrived and saw the situation, I was shocked. I asked for a refund due to the lack of transparency, but the receptionist refused and responded rudely when I asked for help with my luggage, saying, “This is not my job.” I understood that carrying bags might not be her official role, but her attitude was unnecessarily harsh.Eventually, I had to leave my luggage in an unsecured “storage” space open to anyone. The receptionist did help me carry my small suitcase down a very narrow stairwell after some hesitation, but the experience was distressing.The next morning, at 11:00 sharp, hotel staff started calling me insistently to leave the room, although there was no phone in the room to communicate with reception and request a short extension. I left by 11:10. The manager or owner, who was upstairs, was openly rude and visibly offended. One of the cleaning staff kindly helped me with my small suitcase. At checkout, the receptionist pushed my carry-on towards me as if throwing it—a final confirmation of the poor treatment I received.This hotel is not suitable for elderly guests or anyone with limited mobility, and the lack of accurate information on Booking.com is unacceptable. The staff behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope Booking.com revises how this property is described and seriously considers the accessibility and service complaints raised here.

Liked: The receptionist who booked me in! So quick, so seamless and she was very friendly!
Disliked: My TV turned on at 3am but other than a quick freight I was fine for the rest of the night.

Pleasant stay
Liked: Room was clean and pleasant. The shower was good, and provision of tea, coffee and soaps was welcome. There was also a coffee machine in the hallway. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It wasn't too noisy considering where the hotel is located. Breakfast was excellent
Disliked: The only slight downside was the pillows, 1 wasn't enough, but 2 was too much.

Great hotel in excellent location.
Liked: Friendly, helpful staff. Hot drink and ice cold water machines on landing. Nice breakfast, but could've been hotter. Excellent location. Very comfy mattress and pillows. Good fan kept us cool all night. Clean room.
Disliked: No handle on inside of bathroom door so was hard to lock it. Needed plug sockets beside the bed. Very small room.
