Disappointing Experience

Liked: The hotel is in a convenient location, and the night staff was very nice. The breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: However, the rest of the experience was frustrating. We arrived early and clearly requested a second-floor room. The hotel manager was visibly impatient and dismissive when we made the request. Although she reluctantly concurred, we were ultimately assigned a room on the fourth floor, with no elevator. Carrying heavy luggage up those narrow stairs was exhausting.The room itself was tiny, located in the attic, with cramped hallways and dangerously narrow staircases. Overall, the unhelpful attitude of the manager and the uncomfortable room made the stay quite unpleasant.

good location, good value

Liked: great location a short walk from kings cross station. seems newly redecorated and all very clean and orderly. was happy to be able to change my room to an upper floor with breeze and quiet.
Disliked: top floor single room was a bit cramped but perfectly fine for one night.

Lovely boutique hotel

Liked: It had a lovely boutique style and was perfect for our one night stay. The location was great, and there were lime bikes directly outside the hotel which was very useful!
Disliked: Our room could’ve been a bit more clean, especially the bathroom and window-sill’s.

Perfect for a single night...

Liked: Excellent location near to main London train stations. Nice area off the main drag with some decent places to eat. Breakfast at the hotel was very good.
Disliked: Room was very small but was booked as a single so not surprising. Also very hot as not really possible to open windows. There was a decent fan in the room but keeping on all night did impact my sleep.

Good hotel with great transport...

Liked: The room was clean, breakfast was very good, room small but comfortable. The staff were very friendly.
Disliked: No air conditioning, not normally a problem for me, I like the window open, but there is a park across the road and it was a bit noisy until around 12 and too warm to close the window for noise.
