Liked: Beautifully clean and well presented with good quality and very comfortable furniture and fittings. The employees were great. Breakfast great too. And no issue with gluten free.

Liked: Excellent location. Very clean. Acceptable breakfast (coffee is really terrible though. Tea is fine). Friendly staff, relatively quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows
Disliked: Our room was a little tired and bathroom very small.

Liked: Stayed in a single room which had everything I needed, friendly welcome on arrival, beautiful Georgian building. Walking distance to the west end , in a quiet but buzzing area, very handy for catching train north the next day

Liked: Location good for access to underground and choice of eating places in the area. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Room was adequate for a short stay every thing there that was needed..

Liked: Breakfast was good. The family room was great as it had a double bed, plus 2 x single beds rather than a sofa bed.
Disliked: The bathroom was small for a family of four. The shower cubicle was tiny and difficult to actually get in! The coffee machine on the first floor ran out and wasn’t refilled during our stay.
