Liked: The bathroom was 5 starts! Clean and neat
Disliked: There no AC and no elevator.. and the room was so smallI also found a fake nail near the bed 🤢

Liked: Location and friendly front of house staff.
Disliked: Room dated, ridiculously small, very noisy, shower is a joke, bed was small. Should be a cupboard and not a room for guests.

Clean, comfortable, welcoming

Liked: Lovely little room. Recently refurbished. Clean and comfortable. Very welcoming staff and breakfast nice
Disliked: Very noisy outside and windows are single glazed so can hear people speaking quietly on the street below, let alone a car turning up at 2pm to blast music and have a party! My room was also 3 floors up, fine for me to make my way up but would be difficult if I had a suitcase or with mobility issues

Great stay in a fantastic...

Liked: The rooms were excellent with comfortable beds and an ideal location. The price was reasonable and we enjoyed the breakfast. Staff were friendly, and the whole place was spotless. Would definitely recommend and we will return next time we visit London.
Disliked: Nothing we didn't like.

Really nice stay in great...

Liked: Excellent location, decent room, very nice breakfast.Dining room staff really helpful and attentive. Daily room cleaning was goodOur room overlooked little park and that was lovely.
Disliked: Room needs deep cleaning, especially bathroom door was disgusting. Although breakfast was decent, coffee was not good.Bedding that I have to admit was really clean, had a very strong smell of cheap laundry detergent .

Liked: Small single room was perfectly adequate. Clean, well-equipped and functional. Breakfast had an extensive buffet and staff were very helpful.
Disliked: Top floor was a bit of a climb

Pleasant

Liked: Our brief overnight stay was supported by having a quiet and clean room with relatively modern facilities. They provided a fan for the heat and had someone at caretaking throughout the night.
Disliked: The extractor fan in the bathroom of 1a was weak. Breakfast was in reality done by 8:45 rather than 9:30 - there was very little left. Staff were nice but had entered our room before wed even checked out. Overall a decent but not amazing experience at this hotel.
