NEVER STAYED BECAUSE HOTEL CLOSED

Liked: MY HOTEL WAS TOTALLY CLOSED AND HAS BEEN FOR THE PAST 3 x MONTHS THEREFORE I WAS LEFT WITHOUT ANYWHERE TO STAY AND I HAD TO BOOK AND PAY FOR A DIFFERENT HOTEL -I WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF YOU COULD REFUND MY ACCOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND SEND ME CONFIRMATION X

Liked: Very friendly staff, free parking, good location. Free toiletries, towels and hot drink facilities.
Disliked: Room was freezing cold and very outdated.Both rooms were absolutely filthy; spiders, hairs, dirty bedding, dust, cobwebs, damp, marked walls and bathroom floor flooded upon arrival. Showers were very moldy in both rooms too.The rooms were unbearable so left after 10 minutes. Awaiting full refund as promised from reception.

Disliked: Only problem No control to tv ask for one man on desk said he would bring one up didnt see him again so no control to tv room was a bit outdated but clean and comfortable
