Liked: Location
Disliked: Two foreigners drinking and making noise directly opposite us until early hours of the morning with their windows wide open looking directly into our room, we couldn't have the curtains open at all because of these two, we had one wafer thin pillow each and the radiator was stuck on full in 30 degrees plus heat, the matress felt like it cost about £50, it was probably the worst bed/hotel I've slept in/on

The staff were pleasant but...
Liked: We have stayed there before but the place has gone down the room was a bit dirty shower screen broken light broken and hanging off the wall tv remote broken only one towel per person

Liked: breakfast was ok apart fome we were given wooden knives and forks to eat with as they had no clean table knives and forks the coffe machine was broke and no clean plates we had one pillow witch was realy thin the staff would not call a taxi or even give you a tell number no parking

Always nice to stay as...
Liked: Always clean and easy to access
Disliked: Stayed four times over the last month and the television reception in some rooms is actually really poor

Absolutely Diabolical, needs to be...
Liked: The location of the property was the only positive thing, it’s local to town etc.
Disliked: Staff were rude, didn’t have a clue what they were doing, didn’t speak any sort of English at all. Beds were uncomfortable, could feel ever spring. No hot water which they had came into our room whilst we was out and didn’t shut our room door back so anyone could have gone in there. Only had 1 pillow each. When we arrived on the Friday (22:30) there was no one on reception for at least 20 minutes so couldn’t get into our room, when we did get into our room , we was told that we had to wait 1 hour for a key card to have for our selves which I think is wrong! How can you run out of key cards in a hotel? The curtains were also hanging off. The breakfast was awful, was like eating plastic. When we had let reception know about our problems we was told we wasn’t allowed to have a refund and that we should have checked to see if there was hot water when we arrived at 22:30 at night!! This hotel never used to be like this and has certainly been run to the ground.
