Disappointing

Liked: It was a nice older place.
Disliked: The air conditioning was not working. It was very hot in the room. I tried opening the windows but there was alot of traffic noise since our room faced the busy road. When I turned on the water for a shower brownish water came bubbling out of the faucet.

Disappointing

Liked: Bed was comfortable, employees kind and helpful, building fine other than are conditioning and water.
Disliked: Cold water came out brown and a little foamy, no matter how long it ran, hot water was clear, impossible to brush teeth or shower. The room was extremely warm, 83 degrees according to the fan, we opened the windows and used fan but was difficult to sleep until close to midnight, the day had been about 70. Central air didnt work at all. Employees admitted a problem and said fans were available. Entire 3rd floor hall etc was very warm.

Liked: Room was comfortable and clean. Elevator to the parking garage was a great help. Staff was Very nice! Wine and cookies were fun. Very pleasant atmosphere in the lobby.
Disliked: Breakfast was fine, would have liked cream cheese for the english muffins and boiled eggs though. Did not like the styrofoam coffee cups and flimsy plastic cups. The bathroom fan was VERY loud.

Disliked: No AC Told us to open the window but then it was soo noisy! Way too hot in the room and told us there was a fan but there wasn’t one. Didn’t sleep all night

Disliked: The room key had to be reset every time I left the hotel. Room was only cleaned once in my 4 day stay.
