Dated hotel in an ideal...

Liked: The location, the view from dinner and breakfast tables
Disliked: Dated, poor breakfast, furniture too big for room, no proper ironing board and iron.

Most enjoyable stay especially impressed by the helpful and friendly staff.

Liked: Excellent breakfast and dinner. Chef went out of his way to take care with my tomato allergy!! Lovely view as far as Brownsea Island. Very comfortable bed.
Disliked: More attention to cleaning of bedroom. Furniture has seen better days and outlived its lifespan.
