Lovely one night spa stay.

Liked: Gorgeous room with 2 comfortable double beds. Hotel set in lovely surroundings. Staff very helpful. Spa area clean and well staffed.

Liked: Breakfast food offering was good. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The setting was nice.
Disliked: Prior to our arrival, I attempted to contact the establishment by phone four times. On the first three attempts, my call was disconnected at the same point the recorded messaging or holding system.Room - The room lacked air conditioning, and ice was offered to be placed in front of the fan. We made this request on two occasions however, both times, the ice delivery was significantly delayed. On the second occasion, the delay was so extensive that we had to repeatedly follow up as we wished to sleep, and it ultimately took nearly an hour.The shower pressure was extremely weak, and there was a persistent noise, from a generator, which was highly disruptive.The room was far from the reception area, requiring a lengthy walk while dragging bags across stones. No transport assistance was offered during check-in. Additionally, when we inquired about parking at reception upon check-in, we were to an incorrect car situated far from our room. Coffee served at breakfast was of poor quality.

Liked: Looks like Interior of rooms hasn’t been changed or cleaned from last few years. Carpet was ripped and dust on the furniture, bathroom cleaning was very poor, bath waste ring and around the sink was really bad limescale, towels were smelling looks like they were left there for months.
Disliked: Cleaning and maintaining.
