Location was great for my business seminar and very close to the airport. Bathroom had jerry-rigged shower tap. I couldn't change out of a "non-requested" smoking room, even though I'm a Diamond Hilton Honors member.
Liked: Location is great and convenient.
Disliked: Smoking room - I didn't request it and couldn't get out of.

Relaxing and comfortable
Liked: Close to the bay. Clean and comfortable. We arrived early and staff were able to get us into a room early. Close to a restaurant.

Liked: Price, its by the bay. But didnt know a hotel was behind so we couldnt see it. Free parking.
Disliked: Pool area not big enough. Plugs in room wouldnt fit our blocks for our phones.

Liked: The staff and maintenance crew were very helpful and supportive. They tried their best to improve the experience.
Disliked: The hotel room was very dirty, damaged, and outdated. There was a stain on the ceiling from a very recent leak and the carpet below was still wet. The walls in the bathroom were rusty, and the television in the room would not connect to the internet.
