The bed was comfortable. The hotel room was clean.

Disliked: The upholstery in the hotel dining area was stained.

My only complaint was the rudeness from our taxi driver. I believe it's Jack's taxi. Was very rude and used very very vulgar language while doing so.

Liked: The staff was very, very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean our stay was great!

Location was perfect. Our room had a great view of the city. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Beds and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was very good. I was impressed at how quickly everything was replenished. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the area.

Stay was ok Facilities need...

Liked: The staff girls at front desk very nice
Disliked: The property was under construction, the hot tub was boarded over could not use. The court yard was over grown with weeds the toilet was slow flushing and no exhaust fans In the bath the hot water in the shower was like warm ! The sheets smelled musty! Says Ice and vending but only has the ice machine

Disliked: I didn't even get to stay, they claimed only one of my rooms were paid for and the other one didn't, wanted another 300 dollars from me that I did not have at the time. Did not even try to help me in anyway because I booked through you all. So I'm out 300 dollars and I didn't even get to stay

Wonderful would definitely recommend

Liked: Everyone was very pleasant our room was clean and there was plenty of parking
Disliked: I love my animals but there was a guest across the hall that had beautiful young dogs they were a little loud but that was my only complaint and it wasn't constant
