Liked: Clean, very close to restaurants, staff was very nice.
Disliked: The construction between floors is terrible! We could hear the people above us walking around. It was boom noises until they went to sleep.

Liked: The room wreaked of smoke. They had no other rooms available (one was non-operational because of smoke..).The front desk person couldn’t cancel the reservation and refund me. A manager is not available until Monday…The carpets didn’t look like they had been vacuumed in days—lots of paper and crumbs etc. The hotel isn’t well managed at all. I had to find a new hotel/room and it was 12:45 in the morning.

Liked: The room was huge, the beds were comfortable, and the hotel was clean. The staff were all kind and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: The pool is nice, but it was a little cold. They ran out of towels, BUT we went at 10 pm so I can see why. It would be nice, if there was a way to turn up the heat in the pool.
