Would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Liked: Clean room and bathroom; comfortable beds; fridge; good breakfast; helpful employees and lovely fountain; flowers, etc.
Disliked: None.

I enjoy every time I use this hotel. In short, this is the best Hotel in Rockville Centre area!!!!

Liked: I use this hotel every time I fly in from the UK. It is close to all of the amenities my wife and I require and access to my home where I grew up is only 15 minute drive away. I find this to be an excellent property and to me is located near everything you would need. The staff are excellent any time of day or night.
Disliked: There is nothing off hand that would make have any negative comments. I cannot report anything bad here. Staff great, room great, internet connectivity 100% good. For my needs, the hotel is perfect. Thank you to the staff for all they do for you.

Liked: Staff was great. The hotel has a quiet time policy after 9pm which is great for people that like to turn in early. The breakfast was good, the usual eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, oatmeal and cold cereal, yogurt, some fruit. Overall in definetly would stay again.
Disliked: Not much not to like. The workout room was a little smaller than we were thinking, but it has a couple treadmills elipticals, bikes some dumbbells. The 1 issue we had with our room was the TV kept disconnecting we called and they sent the maitenance guy up and got it to work but then it disconnected again. We reported to the staff and I'm sure they will have it replaced.

Disliked: While the hotel's higher price initially set high expectations, the satisfactory breakfast and friendly staff were overshadowed by the disappointing use of plastic cutlery and paper plates. Additionally, the outdated carpet and furniture in the rooms detracted from the overall experience. For the price paid, one would anticipate higher standards in both amenities and service.
