Exceptional

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: No hand sanitizer in the breakfast area. Other hotels have sanitizer all over the breakfast area and on tables

Passable

Liked: The room was clean, and they had a good variety breakfast. Check in clerk very nice.
Disliked: We had used our towels, and we had one we didn't use, but because it looked like it had been soaked in the toliet, it was yellow. So we thru it in with a pile of dirty towels we had used. Upon leaving for the day, we told them we needed fresh towels. When we came back, we started taking showers. However, the yellow towel was in the middle of the rack, and all the towels we previously used were refolded and put back in the rack. We had no fresh wash clothes, and the towels were the dirty ones we used the day before and that morning. I took the towels to the front desk for fresh ones.The pool is a great area, but it was filthy all around the top edge. You could literally see the dirt. So, no swimming unless you wanted to swim in someone's scum. Sad but true.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was accommodating and very friendly. The rooms and lobby were clean and updated. Even the kids had great things to say about it. We would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Clean. Quiet. Easy access from major roads. Coffee was ready in the lobby at 0500 when breakfast didn't start until 0600, which was great for the morning we left.
Disliked: It would be nice to have meat with breakfast, though the rest of it was good.

Don't plan on breakfast here.

Liked: Clean, nice shower.
Disliked: Breakfast. What should have been hot, was cold, what should have been kept cold was not. And no protein as in meat was not available. And the bed was like a rock.

Disliked: Bed was probably the most uncomfortable that I have ever had at a Hampton. Which was surprising

Would stay again!

Liked: Very clean and comfortable. The staff was great.
Disliked: The price. We are Canadian travellers and only stopped by for a nights rest. The hotels should have more options for those who only need the quick stop by.

Overpaid for what I got.

Liked: Clean and comfortable room.
Disliked: Ice machine at the other far end of hallway. Then to find out it was out of order. Then back down the hallway, up a floor, and all the way down t.he hallway. What a trip for ice! When I check in, front staff could have told me about the ice machine out of order.Better yet, the ice machine should be centrally located near the elevator for the convenience of all guest.Down for breakfast at 9am and out of eggs, potatoes, no biscuits or gravy or meat. Kitchen staff say they don’t cook anymore after 9am. Lots of others were disappointed as well. Not what I’m used to staying at Hampton Inn.
