I will stay here again...
Liked: The room is well organised for a business traveller, bathroom is simple but all you need.
The hotel is very clean. Breakfast buffet has a good range of choices, even your own waffles making device, and porridge oats. The staff were all helpful. Location downtown is hard to beat.
Disliked: For a European visitor, having all disposable plates,cups and cutlery is a surprise. There is no segregation of the plastics and paper, or food waste. Given the sustainability credentials the chain talks about, please look at this.

Liked: Aaron, at the front desk was fantastic! He was so friendly and welcoming, plus he upgraded us to a lovely corner suite which was lovely! The bed was so comfortable and the room was very spacious. He suggested a great tavern for dinner which turned out to be exactly what we were in the mood for!
Disliked: All was good, no complaints.

Really comfortable hotel with nice...
Liked: Super hotel, great value for money and location. Beds are amazing and all facilitates are spot on. fast wifi and lovely breakfast

Disliked: When we entered Inside the room was smelly smoke by employee or guest also bed and and comforter was dirty , there?s so bad experience and top of that customer service desk person gave us gift card 10$ it supposed to be $25 such lied when we eat to stop by Starbucks and money was less then what he told us very bad experience.

A little bummed
Disliked: I wasn?t aware that I had to be 21 to check into the hotel, so after driving 3 hours it was an issue which caused me a lot of stress. I turn 21 in 2 months so it was very upsetting that I couldn?t do anything to fix this situation myself. Thankfully my mom worked it out. It was not the staffs fault at all for this, as I know it was just part of their job to follow the company?s policies. No hard feelings twords them, the manager ?dee? I think his name was? Was really sweet with me and understood where I was coming from. He?s a great manager. Something that did upset me a little more is that when checking out the woman charged my card, when In the options I had chosen to pay with cash weeks ago. This was a simple mistake which I understood, but added onto the horrible check in I had, it was kinda more of a bummer.
