Great place to stay. Nice rooms; friendly staff; good buffet with lots of choices. Very clean too!
Liked: Room was very nice. Laid out well and very comfy. The breakfast was good too. Lots to choose from.

Had a great time, went to see John Carpenter and hotel wasn't but 10 minutes away. Great location. Would love to come and do a vacation there.
Liked: Staff was so kind; plenty of options for dining within walking distance. The room was very nice.

Liked: Breakfast was fine considering the restrictions. It was a good locations to other places in the area.

Liked: Nice room, hot water..relatively quiet. Panera near by for breakfast..Pleasant time here. Totally exhausted. Loud music next door stopped when I banged on the door between the rooms.
Disliked: I had to move rooms because the toilet would not stop flushing. There was one staff and she did not stay behind the desk. Also her advise for dinner was google it. No map and no help. I waited close to 20 minutes plus to ask for some cream for coffee. I was put in a handicapped access room. Looking up at the bench seat, there was stool encrusted on the back side of it.

Liked: Location... it was easy to get to.. close to stores and restaurants.
Disliked: Pool wasn?t open but not the property?s fault.

IT WAS TERRIBLE THE EMPLOYEES...
Liked: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
Disliked: I arrived at the hotel doors was locked. I had to use the phone to call inside nobody at the front desk. The front desk lady who checked me in was not professional. Got to room use toilet paper in the bathroom and the toilet did not work. We were moved to another room again used toilet paper in the bathroom shower head was broke. The next day they called the room saying they need to charge 100 for incidentals I explained we paid it at check-in. He said it's 100 per day for incidentals I said nobody told me that at check-in. He said you can pay or check out now if you can't. He was very rude I would never stay at a Hampton again it was terrible.WE CHECKED OUT AFTER 1 NIGHT RESERVATION WAS FOR 3 NIGHTS.

Liked: Staff were friendly. Riverfront location was nice.
Disliked: Their were barely any amenities such as soap, shampoo and other hygiene products that one would find readily available when they get to their room.
