We were so glad to...

Liked: The staff was really great…so friendly and willing to help however they could.
Disliked: Leaking toilet! We did tell the staff about the leaking toilet in our room and no one ever came to check/fix it.

Warning- No Pool and Predatory...

Liked: I didn't like anything and we didn't ever visit the room because they did not have the accommodations they claimed (there is a pool but it's empty and unusable). We were visiting for an autistic family members birthday specifically for a pool and they did not have a pool though they list having a pool on booking app.
Disliked: I didn't like anything, I especially didn't like paying for a room I never entered and having to pay for 2 rooms at 2 hotels because this one said they have a pool when their pool has been broken and unusable for awhile and continues to be broken and unusable, yet they list pool as an amenity on the booking app. If you know anything about autism when I told my family member we booked a hotel with a pool NOT having a pool is a super huge deal and having to stay at this hotel would have ruined my family members, birthday. There are minimum expectations-they refused to give my money back because they said I should have gone to their separate website to see if their pool was a working amenity before I booked- from now on I will call any hotel front desk and make sure any amenities that are needed by our family and are listed are actually accurate and we will NEVER stay at this hotel again. Predatory practices will get the pool fixed someday on the backs of people they rip off, I guess.

Liked: The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious for what we needed.
Disliked: We were never informed that the pool and hot tub were closed . We booked through booking.com this should have been noted that the pool and hot tub area was going to be closed . This was part of the reason we booked there because they had a nice pool area and we were down there with girls for a cheer competition. We didn't find this out until the girls went to go to the pool and the front desk lady which was the same one that checked us in said" our pool is closed at the moment because of the cold weather the previous weekend had burst a pipe" . Again I am the one that checked us in and this wasn't even mentioned at that time previously. Also we were notified that the water was shut off when we checked in. We had to wait over an hour before we could shower use the toilet or use the sink. The tub/shower also had an issue with the water draining down ...there was standing water in the tub when you got done showering. The facilities in general were messy like hallways, stairs and doorways full of construction dust and debris on the carpet . The breakfast the next morning Saturday 1/20, the lady in charge of breakfast was running behind several people were waiting in the lounge / eating area because no one had started breakfast and it wasn't being kept up on. The lady told everyone that was waiting that they were having an issue with the oven after everyone had been sitting there waiting for 45 minutes. I found this out after I had came down and wanted to eat breakfast. All in all not a great expirence and probably won't go back due to lack of communication.

Good place to stay while...

Liked: I liked the location and breakfast. I liked how prompt housekeeping was at bringing an extra blanket.
Disliked: The window whistled loudly in the wind one night. The elevator was hard to spot. The sliding bathroom door isn’t very private.
