Very disappointed.

Liked: Terrible experience.
Disliked: If we were given the right room. if there was no fleas in the room, if there was at least a bottle of water in the room.

We won’t return here again.

Liked: Hotel is undergoing renovations, construction work going on all over the property. Half the car park taken up with construction equipment. Only one of two elevators working . To be fair we did have a good nights sleep, we where not disturbed by construction noise. Breakfast was poor, no dark roast coffee, trash bin overflowing, ran out of omelettes and when more put out, straight from microwave, centre was still cold. Kitchen attendant most unhelpful did not understand requirement to take care of dietary needs (my wife requires gluten free for medical reasons) attendant just indicated she didn’t understand, receptionist was also no help he just shrugged.

In spite of the renovations...

Liked: Our room was very nice with fresh decor and new carpet. The breakfast was very nice with a lot of choices. The desk staff was excellent.
Disliked: Somehow I missed that the hotel was renovating inside and out. My sister was meeting us and missed the hotel because the temporary sign had blown down. Parking was tricky manuvering around the construction vehicles and materials.

Great stay, very clean, breakfast...

Liked: Wet clean rooms and the facility overall was very clean and well kept. The staff was friendly. Had really good coffee!
Disliked: The free breakfast is lacking. Not many options.
