Liked: CleanPool and hot tub
Disliked: Cmon..we are way past covid contagiosness.A hot breakfast for 200 a night is not asking much.Had to make an additional trip back to hotel to get refunded back an overcharge..purchased my stay thru booking.com and was overcharged 44 more dollars by hot for taxes...that is not how booking.com worksWatch your charges and receipts closely. Was told we could go across road to sister property and eat hot breakfast there, then was treated like garbage vagabonds when we did..how unwelcoming.

There is too much more...

Disliked: We are an easy family to please and this was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. To start things off, if your going to charge people an extra fee to park in your parking lot, you better be sure you have enough parking spaces ahead of time. We had to drive around for I don't know how long just to find a space to park after we had already paid for parking. This tactic is just a cheap way to rack up someone's fees and slap and extra charge on for something that should be a guarantee. When we actually got to our room, while they had a "seal" of cleanliness on the door, there was a piece of bloody gauze on the bathroom floor and I woke up with an insect crawling on me. This next point was more so the parents of other kids but also the hotel for not stepping in to say something as well. I'm not one to swear but the pool was the pool of hell. I have a 6 year old and a 6 month old and I got out with our youngest pretty darn quick. My oldest and my husband stayed in a little longer but not by much before they got out due to safety concerns. There was at first, a group of girl that where incredible inconsiderate and took up the entire pool but what really set me off was when they all got out and started pushing and dragging each other into the pool. Shortly after they left, a group of boys came and cannonballed right next to me and our six month old. Then, after we got out, they stood on the guidance railings to jump into the pool and we're throwing a water football that looked like it had quite a bit of weight to it (defiantly not foam but hard plastic)at each other as they were jumping into the pool. At one point, one of the throws nearly beamed our six year old in the head. I have never encountered such inconsiderate people and parents who did nothing but encouraged it. None of the hotel staff stepped in either despite the safety violations.
