Liked: The Location was awesome.
Disliked: The Parking Arrangements we had to pay for parking in the lot of the Hotel we were staying in. The King Size bed and pillows were very Uncomfortable.

Liked: The breakfast was very good. Location was close to our event.
Disliked: The fire alarm malfunctioned and went off and on at 4:30 am and staff did not let anyone know if needed to evacuate or not

Disliked: There was no hot water when we wanted to take showers. The water was cold!!!

Liked: The breakfast was great. My kids enjoyed the pool, especially when they had it to themselves. The beds were comfortable and our room was spacious.
Disliked: The front desk staff were not very pleasant with interactions. Can you please make it more clear at what time checkout is. I thought I saw 12 pm and my kids were told it was at 11. I never saw in my emails what time it was for. My husband thought the pool was cold.

Liked: Staff and property were exceptional; one of the only places I've stayed with my kids that knows that families need room and extras (like 2 fridges!)...with a lovely breakfast!
Disliked: The parking app didn't want to work because I didn't have license plates the first day.
