Very good

Liked: The hotel was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic - a huge variety to choose from.
Disliked: The "heated" pool was cold and so was the 24/7 coffee and hot water. These are two things I was looking forward to and such a disappointment 😥

I liked the hotel and...

Liked: The breakfast was what I expected . The location is perfect, they are close to restaurants and shopping which I like
Disliked: I didn't like that the mattress was sunked in very uncomfortable and for the price charged and the name of the hotel you would think that they would make sure furniture is and beds are comfortable.

Don't stay here

Liked: Big spacious room
Disliked: We were there for 6 days and they didn't change the bedding in all that time. Staff was inattentive and nonexistent. Indoor pool wasn't cleaned daily and elevator went down (we were on the 4th floor).
