Liked: Horrible. The shower broke. Bed was dirty. I will be requesting refund
Disliked: The shower broke. I had to be up until well after 11pm with my family to wait for it to be fixed. The staff was a joke, I called to notify them of the emergency in my room. The could have cared less.

Liked: I loved the atmosphere and my kids loved the water park
Disliked: I liked everything about our stay. But a suggestion would be to include a dairy free yogurt and more allergy friendly items during the breakfast that is included.

Liked: Comfortable beds with great pillows.
Disliked: Bathroom was dirty and had stains on the walls. Outdated appliances. Easy to hear the thuds and bumps above you and the heat from the water park made the room so hot I had to blast a/c all night.

This was a perfect Nannie...

Liked: The breakfast was perfect, something for everyone.
Disliked: I can’t think of a thing we didn’t like… all was perfect for our stay.
