Disliked: The carpet in the rooms need cleaning.

Disliked: The only minor complaint to be had is the pillows. No support to rest. Too fluffy! We stayed at a few Hilton/Hampton Inns and pillows before this were a better comfort and support in my opinion.

OK place to stay

Liked: Location is great and easy to get to various places in Norfolk/VA Beach area.
Disliked: The person who checked us in during the evening was very good. However the day staff wasn't overly friendly and seemed put out when I asked for my room to be serviced daily.

Liked: Very clean and had a really nice breakfast offered (they even had strawberry waffle mix). The staff was super nice and very helpful as well!
Disliked: It was quite noisy because it was near the airport and the road but that’s to be expected.
