Liked: Bed was very comfortable, room very clean. We got what we paid for. The breakfast is pretty good. We had a sink that was stuck and they fixed it right away.
Disliked: WiFi didn’t work, initially couldn’t get into our room with a key but they fixed it. They did resolve WiFi issues. All good.

Liked: The staff was helpful and friendly. Even with a couple of hiccups staff was attentive to our needs. Location is perfect, close to everything and easy access to main roads, easy to get in and out of parking lot. Room is large and well appointed, bathroom taps beds are comfortable and linens smelled fresh.
Disliked: First night TV did not work, no one on staff to fix it. It suddenly worked the next morning

Disliked: My reservation was listed incorrectly in the system so it took a long time to get registered. I was disappointed that the reservation was messed up considering I am a longtime Hilton Honors member.

Disliked: The pet policy. There were no rooms where pets had not been. Pets were on both sides of my room. My allergies were flaring. The property was full. The mattress had indentations so there was no support. I did not sleep well.
