We really had a good stay. Had no problems finding the hotel. Not alot of parking spots, but staff made sure we had a place to park. The shuttle service was a big plus. I would definitely stay here again.
Liked: Hotel was very clean. Staff extremely nice and helpful. The shuttle service was wonderful. Complimentary breakfast was also very good.
Disliked: It took about 3 calls and a stop at the desk to get an extra blanket.

Passable
Liked: The bed and pillows were comfortable. The woman that works the breakfast area was very nice and most front desk people were nice.
Disliked: Breakfast was in a constant state of nothing available as things on back order. I stayed at Hampton Inn in the past for their Breakfast. No more. Microwave not working in room. Door stuck so hard to get out of room 233. None of the maids speak English. They always forgot something when cleaning room. Bottom sheet on King bed did not fit properly. We were overcharged at check out. Now waiting on refund. Will not be staying at this location again.

Good stay, RUDE staff. Need...
Liked: Place was fine. Good last minute stay, clean.
Disliked: Staff was SO RUDE!!! Charged me more than one night of parking when I only stood one night, didn’t tell me they were charging me for it in the first place. The Hamptons/Hiltons near Burlington NJ don’t charge for it. I called to have it fixed and was met with attitude and rudeness!! Hung up on me because they were upset I said I didn’t appreciate the tone. Had to call back 7 times and got transferred nonstop to people who didn’t know how to help me. Sooooooooooo rude. Will never book there again!!

Disappointed
Disliked: The staff were not pleasant at all. When you work with the public, you should have a smile on your face and be welcoming. The guy was rude at the reception desk when we were checking in. There was not a lot of option for breakfast. When we do family getaways, we have always stayed at Hampton inn. Thus was the worse one. In the bathroom, each time you open the tap, it smelled the the soured. All in all I was not impressed by the hotel.

Liked: Loved the breakfast and just the aura and vibe of the hotel view was amazing really enjoyed my stay.
Disliked: No complaints.

Normally it’s always a great...
Liked: The front desk was friendly while checking in and I love how it’s always quiet and a nice view
Disliked: The sheets had a foul smell to it and it was no soap (body wash) in the dispenser. The hallway and lobby had this strong perfume smell. It was so strong I got headache from it. I never have this problem when I stay here but this time was my least favorite I didn’t want to complain but I was a little upset I didn’t enjoy my time like I expected too.
