Hampton Inn By Hilton & Suites Newark-Harrison-Riverwalk

We really had a good stay. Had no problems finding the hotel. Not alot of parking spots, but staff made sure we had a place to park. The shuttle service was a big plus. I would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Hotel was very clean. Staff extremely nice and helpful. The shuttle service was wonderful. Complimentary breakfast was also very good.
Disliked: It took about 3 calls and a stop at the desk to get an extra blanket.

Disliked: Breakfast was very messy. Brown water and not able to take a shower or brush my teeth. No water for Toilet and not possible to be used.Took a bucket with the brown water to the front desk and told that is not her problem because I booked the room using booking. Very disappointed on this hotel and staff on how this issue has been handled.

Disliked: Personal needs to be more friendly some of them were little rude!! Two problems fire alarm turns on for a little difficulty at one of the rooms 4 th floor good works but annoying, and also the phone turns to start making a annoying and loud sound at 6 am almost like a alarm!! My husband awake freaking out about it and try to touch it and try to disconnected to stop the horrible noise when was the only day we want to awake around 8 because in the whole trip we couldn’t rest properly .
