Price was not worth the...

Liked: Room was big for a family Location was in front of jersey garden mallIt wasn’t easy to go to manhattan
Disliked: They didn’t clean our room unless we asked and once they didn’t clean even after we asked.cleaning must happen every day without asking.Coffee and tea in the room were not re filled.The hotel hosted also a few teenager groups and many times no place to seat at breakfast, not enough food for everyone and no cleaning while they were there.

Disappointing

Liked: The hotel was pretty clean overall.
Disliked: No hot water in our room, and some others. When asked some of the staff, they 1st acted surprised but ended up telling me "they know". Meaning that they put me on a room w/o hot water purposely. Unnacceptable.

Disliked: The shower drain was clogged and there was no hot water.

Liked: Location
Disliked: I stayed there from Thursday April 10th until 14 April and there wasn't any hot water to take a shower.i kept on complaining and the problem never solve until the Sunday before I leave on Monday they move me on another floor where I get a proper shower.
