Overall a good experience.

Liked: Location and access to the highway.
Disliked: The bathroom door is a very odd duel closet door design where you can’t close it tightly as everyone in the room hears your activity. There was no maid service in between our two day stay when every other Hampton did.

Happy, but concerned guest.

Liked: Staff very welcoming, clean rooms, plenty of towels, continental breakfast
Disliked: Beds were not comfortable, need serious care and below standards for guest.Mold was found on a pillowcase. Not acceptable! Needs to be discarded!

Decent stay for the night;...

Liked: Conveniently located off I-24, newer facility
Disliked: There were dust bunnies in the corners of the bathroom. The carpet had 3-4 hairballs in different spots. What the heck?
