Liked: The place was clean had everything there
Disliked: The employees were nice but didn't know how to do their job right. Need to train them more and nothing but problems with payment. Kept asking for money when they told me I already paid for the night. Told me they was going to call the police on me if I dont pay. Alot of miscommunication on every one. Never will stay here again. Either train your staff better or replace them! I had been there in the front office to make sure everything was good before I left back at home. Several days I had nothing but calls from them about not paying my room when they should of told me about it when I was there. Went to the bank and they told me they ran my card 15 times in total

Disliked: Numerous problems with keys and door locks! Had to be moved to a different room.

Liked: breakfast was good.
Disliked: I didn't realize that our room was right next to the elevator; that was very noisy. I had selected the top floor because it would be quieter, but all the workings for the elevator were opposite our room's wall. I couldn't find coffee in the breakfast area, but found some later in the lobby (after breakfast though). The app did not work for using my phone as the key, although it was supposed to, so I had to check in at front desk anyway. That was a "perk" that we weren't able to use. "Vending"was advertised on my floor and on main floor, but there was only ice machine, no vending machine that I could find. I would have liked a light snack. No mention of this being anywhere else in the hotel. There was popcorn in the lobby, but I'm not a fan of popcorn.
