FR ONE NIGHT IT WAS...

Liked: THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD, BETTER THAN EXPECTED
Disliked: SOMEWHAT HARD TO GET TO.

Pleasant

Disliked: The hotel was under construction, and we were not told beforehand. The door didn't seem to close right they had a slight gap.

Exceptional

May be a bargain on...

Liked: Breakfast was ok. No muffins. Not as good as some other hotel breakfasts that I have had.
Disliked: Lighting poor in room. Room was not straightened up at end of 1st day. sensor on back door did not work so you could not come thru rear entrance although your car waS parked near that entrance.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was good as there were plenty of food places in walking distance. The room was clean and pretty quiet.
Disliked: The bed was hard as a rock. Didn't like that you couldn't hook up a gaming system to the TV and channels including the smart TV apps were limited . Area of the carpet in the room we had was wet. The cost paid per night didn't meet my expectations.

Worst hotel experience I have...

Liked: The front desk staff was friendly.
Disliked: The floor our room was on was under construction. There were shards of glass in the hallway outside our door. The construction team started before their designated time. There was no phone, refrigerator, iron/ironing board and other regular amenities that come in a room. When asked to move to another room, the staff reported that the housekeeping staff didn’t feel like cleaning another room and we had to stay in our room. If we left the hotel we would still get charged. This experience was horrible!!!!!!!!

Disliked: Not enough plugins for capa machine, hotel had no extension cords to assist. Curtains were torn. TV control didn’t work.

Liked: The location was great and easy to find. Clean. Happy with breakfast facilities.
Disliked: When we got to the hotel early afternoon to check in they did not have the suite available that I had reserved and prepaid in advance! I was unhappy with this inconvenience and feel I should be credited some amount for this! Clerk was hard to understand.
