Excellent location, near theatres and Power and Light District. Right on the Trolley Car route; easy access to restaurants, bars and shopping

Disliked: Bathroom not the cleanest. Hair on toilet and in shower.

Liked: Location to Power N Light district was great.
Disliked: Room was not stocked with extra blanket and room was booked for 3 people knowing we would need the sleeper sofa. Called the front desk they said check the bathroom (not closet, thought it was odd a blanket would be with towels?) then told they were fully booked and didn’t have any extra blankets. WTH? You’re a hotel, how do you not have extra blankets?? Tissue box was empty and do not disturb sign missing.

Awesome stay!

Liked: Very near concert location, parking available. Very friendly staff, clean facilities, secure and safe. Awesome hot breakfast with many options and a person to keep it filled and clean.
Disliked: A little bit more expensive than I would like but you get what you pay for at this location. Because of downtown location, small area to park to check in.

Overall it was great!

Liked: The location is great. You can walk to T Mobile arena or the Kauffman Center. There is a street car outside the front door that can take you to Union Station or the River Market area. There are several excellent restaurants nearby that you can walk to.
Disliked: The parking situation isn’t great but we didn’t have to worry about driving to the basketball game at T Mobile or the show at the Kauffman center. Parking casts 18$ per night.
