Disliked: There was dark hair all over the floor. They couldn’t have cleaned well. The guy came from the front desk and said it was worse than he expected. It was all over the tile. I didn’t bothering showering. It completely grossed me out. He used a sticky roller to get it all up. Staff was awesome but cleanliness was very poor. If hair was all over the tile, by sinks and toilet, it was probably all over the carpet too. Made me wonder what was not cleaned in our room.

Liked: Danielle was absolutely wonderful. Everything we needed they were willing to bring to the room and right away if we needed. Helpful with suggestions too
Disliked: Sink drained very slowly and the elevators started going out. There was a dirty towel left in the bathroom when I first got there. Oh and some dude watching kids swim. I think he was staff. Creepy

Liked: The room was clean. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and well lit. Everything worked as expected. It was the best room I have stayed in in a long time.

Liked: Hotel was clean and comfortable and staff very friendly. Surroundings pleasant with a large pond behind the hotel.
Disliked: Breakfast selection could be better - there were very few healthy options (typical of US hotels).
