Hampton Inn By Hilton And Suites Hershey

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating! The bed was too hard for me. I need an extra soft bed due to back problems and no hotel has them! I would stay at the Hampton Inn again though and bring my own mattress pad or ask if they have any softer beds.

Liked: My family trip with Hampton Inn was perfect! From staff, to cost and cleanliness, it couldn't have gone better!
Disliked: Just for my kids, I wish the pool opened a bit earlier then 9am. They absolutely loved the pool!

Disliked: The mold and rust in the bathroom. When I reported to the front desk, I was given a BS excuse but when my daughter took a shower and had to stand in her dirty water I was beyond pissed.

Disliked: toilet was not working and we were handed a plunger to use ourselves even though it was like that the first day we were there. Tub and tile in the bathroom was rusted and cracked. fitness room was bare bones and all treadmills were set at an incline without the option to lower them
