Great stay!

Liked: Everything was clean and well organized, The room, the lobby, all amenities. Variety on breakfast. Nice location. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The waffle maker didn't work.

Liked: The hotel was clean and the location was convenient.
Disliked: Our room was located near a busy street so we heard a lot of noise.

Convenient and clean… perfect for...

Liked: Good location and clean. Close to the university and nearby chain restaurants. The rooms are large enough the breakfast is included which makes it very convenient.
Disliked: The breakfast was so so… it used to be great but the sausage is kind of terrible.. .not real breakfast sausage and they have no clue how to cook eggs. The beds need to be changed. We could feel the springs in the mattresses. We have been staying in this Hampton for at least a decade whenever we are in Flagstaff. It used to be fantastic. But now I would say it is just okay. The parking space issues need to be addressed.

Disliked: Clerk could not find my reservation that I made thru booking.com which was prepaid, so I had to make a new reservation and get charged for the room twice.
