Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had every convenience, and was very quiet. It was located in a great part of town, right next to Applebees
Disliked: The only thing missing was a hot tub.

Liked: Overall, all services and service from front desk was exceptional!!! I am actually not used to having such a pleasant and problem free stay at hotels. The staff provided me with additional information for surrounding area and pet amenities within 10 miles of hotel. They provide a small snack/bag breakfast for the road IN ADDITION to continental breakfast (included in rate). Thee staff was so friendly, courteous, and helpful, I am planning a weekend trip back to area to stay there and spend more time in Ephrata/ Amish country. It's sad and unacceptable that service like this isn't the norm when traveling in the northeast!
Disliked: the pet fee was $75.oo and non-refundable. I try to stay at hotels where the fee is $50.00 or less and if it is $50-$100 has a policy that states it is at least partially refundable if no damages. My dogs are small and we've never been billed for damages even 10 days at a Marriot in Florida.
