Hampton Inn By Hilton & Suites Columbia South Md

Loved this hotel, was close to the music venue (Merriweather Post Pavilion). Will stay again and I have recommended the hotel to my friends for next year.

Liked: Beautiful; clean; friendly staff.

Management is working to fix my overcharge rate. Room was neat, well lit and beds were comfortable.

Disliked: Room was not ready on arrival and was overcharged.

Awful experience we ended up...

Liked: Easy to get to.
Disliked: Terrible customer service. They said we would be able to check in an hour early and then when we arrived they said they had no idea when our room would be ready

It was a pleasant experience...

Liked: It was very clean. The staff was really nice and personable. Good location with restaurants within walking distance and a gas station right across the street. They had grab bags (bagel, butter, banana and water) to take on the road with us.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn’t great.
