Loved this hotel, was close to the music venue (Merriweather Post Pavilion). Will stay again and I have recommended the hotel to my friends for next year.

Liked: Beautiful; clean; friendly staff.

Management is working to fix my overcharge rate. Room was neat, well lit and beds were comfortable.

Disliked: Room was not ready on arrival and was overcharged.

Disliked: Room was very small. Claustrophobic!!!!! We had just come from a Hampton Inn in Huntersville, N.C. where we were in a huge room! I was expecting the same here, but the room was so tiny and the air conditioning was extremely noisy! Very disappointing!

Made wonderful by the breakfast...

Liked: The wonderful hostess at breakfast. She cares personally and warmly for everyone.
Disliked: Difficult to access electrical/usb connections in room. Grounds in lobby coffee.
