Liked: Location was good to serve as a home base. Staff was very nice.
Disliked: Layout of the room was not ideal - lacked lighting. Also our room was on the first floor next to the meeting rooms so it was noisy in the morning.

Liked: Very nice hotel, clean rooms, loved that they would have breakfast packed in a bag in the morning for grab and go.
Disliked: Went the entire three night stay with no room key and was not compensated for the inconvenience. We had to be escorted to our room every day! Water pressure was a joke; lighting in bathroom was so bright it was blinding first thing in the morning.

Liked: Clean. Operated professionally and efficiently. Staff wad cordial, professional and helpful. Rooms very nice and clean. Amenities were available and nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Disliked: The hotel had no hot water all the time we stayed there. They kept saying that the hot water was going to be ready in 2 hours, well we stayed the entire day and the hot water issue was never fixed.

Disliked: The mattress or mattress topper was stained with old blood and the duvet had the face print of the housekeeper on it.
