Liked: Close to cruise port
Disliked: Waited over an hour for shuttle service from airport. One driver apparently missed his assignment

Shuttle service horrible

Liked: Room clean, beds comfortable
Disliked: The shuttle from the airport took near 2 hours then the driver had a conversation with lost people for 20 minutes with the van full of exhausted Travellers. No shuttle intje morning and 6 calls to the front desk went unanswred

Superb

Liked: The facility was clean, staff friendly, in walking distance of a restaurant. Rooms were clean. Had fridge and microwave.
Disliked: The bathroom shower didn't get hot during peak hours. You are likely to take a cold or lukewarm shower. Sink backed up a little in the bathroom. No full length mirror in our room. Looks like it was removed. Pillows are flatter but not unexpected for hotel.
