Do not recommend this hotel

Liked: It was clean and good location.
Disliked: Had some issues and staff didn’t seem willing to help. Nothing was fixed and no compensation for the problem. The room needed updating and our shower curtain rod was broken making it hard to shower. The carpet near the doorway was coming up and the bathroom wallpaper was bubbling up. When we came back from dinner the front desk was empty and the clerk was sitting in the lobby on her phone.

Disliked: Filthy outside. Cold breakfast and coffee. Constant issues wAC.

Disliked: Rooms were dirty, mildew in bathrooms, carpet all stained, chairs stained. It looked like someone had tried to pry the door open in one of the rooms. The ceiling had a crack and looked like water damage. Curtains were all torn up. Breakfast was terrible the milk I got was sour. Coffee was notavailable when I went to get a cup. I had to go get my get reset 1st day and the front desk did not even ask me for ID or my name just asked for the room number and reset it. Scary as anyone could have gotten a key card and just gave them a room number and they would have reset it.
