Disliked: Bed pillows , 8 giant neck breaking pillows is a bad idea. More choices, smaller too.One of the mattresses had a big divot already. No ability to change water pressure in the tub, Full blast only. The breakfast was especially sub par. No vegetarian options, nobody eats those questionable red apples. Get bananas instead Only non meat hot option was the potatoes. First morning heavily over peppered. Second morning, still underdone, and not quite thawed.I also tasted something somewhat moldy. Stopped eating immediately. Clearly heard the person on the floor above walking.

Liked: The view of the mountains and the friendly staff. My son absolutely enjoyed the pool!
Disliked: I liked everything the only thing that sucked is we had room 509 and from the begging it was extremely hard to get the water to turn off in bathtub but our 2nd night it wouldn’t turn off. We ended up having to get a new room but staff was super friendly and nice

Clean, friendly and comfortable.

Liked: Love the friendliness of everyone from the front desk staff to the breakfast preparers and servers. The beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept on at a hotel. I was visiting a relative at St Andrews within walking distance and there were plenty of places to eat close by which was a plus. We arrived at one o'clock in the morning and were still treated cordially. We changed accommodations a couple of times without any problem or extra charges.
Disliked: TV in the first room did not function.
