Excellent room and staff

Disliked: When we arrived at hotel, they had no record of my reservation. Luckily I had e-mail from Booking.com. After some checking and calls to Booking.com, they resolved the problem.

It was a great stay. We will definitely consider this hotel the next time we visit Albany!

Liked: We liked the cleanliness of the hotel. The area seemed very safe and quiet, and the staff was very friendly. We could use the app to check in and check out.
Disliked: It was a busy weekend for the NCAA tournament. The breakfast was lacking due to that. Other staff jumped in to help, and that was great to see. The breakfast employee was doing her best to keep up and had a positive attitude while doing it.
