Nice hotel with very nice staff. Parking was a disappointment - was not expecting to pay to park after paying so much for room. Should be included in price of room.

Disliked: Parking.

Disliked: Booked the room for the Cher concert 9/11. Concert was cancelled - could not reschedule room or get a refund! Will never use this chain again. When I called to speak with the person at front desk she left me on hold for over 20 minutes so I finally hung up!

We were in Albany for just one night to attend a concert and chose the Hampton Inn Albany Downtown because of the location. Everything about our stay was awesome! Clean room, nice decor and very friendly staff. We would highly recommend this Inn to anyone who is staying in this area. We look forward to visiting again, hopefully for a longer stay.

Beautiful hotel. Staff and parking attendants were very kind and helpful. Restaurant - excellent. Hotel breakfast - excellent!

Our brief stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in downtown Albany, NY, could not have been more pleasant. We have stayed at many Hampton Inns and we could recommend each and every one of them.
Liked: Courtesy; cleanliness; comfort.
