Hampton Inn By Hilton & Suites - Orange Beach/Gulf Front

For a short vacation get away. Hotel itself was a comfortable environment. All the staff were friendly, courteous and professional. Will definitely return to this hotel for our next visit to this area.

Liked: Staff friendly, courteous and professional. Rooms clean and bed comfortable. Shower with great pressure. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Nothing.

Very DISAPPOINTED and our vacation...

Liked: I liked the location but the room was definitely not worth the rate we were charged! We had to pay parking and I needed a light weight blanket and asked for one since the comfort was so heavy and hard! I was charged for the use of a light blanket for the one night I used it! The towels were so hard they almost scratched our bodies! We will never stay here again! I am sad because this is where we have stayed for the last 10 years!
Disliked: Softer towels and a light blanket without charging!Parking charges when we were paying $400 for our room!

Liked: Great location. Close to our fishing charyer
Disliked: Not as clean as most Hampton Inns, first Hampton that I had to pay a daily parking fee. Maintanents had to work on the key reader due to not working properly. Balcony door would not open.
