Very good

Liked: excellent showers great room very clean and great staff
Disliked: lot of strange noises above on the next floor like furniture moving around all night

Liked: Outside bonfire and pool
Disliked: Fire alarm went off had to rush out of shower had to take the stairs was very hard with my hurt knee. Room had food bag left over in room behind sitting chair from previous guest. Breakfast was not good at all just had muffin. Not what I expected.

Liked: Breakfast was bad a few items in a paper bag. The overall looks of the hotel was beautiful. We didn't have a chance to see much because of restrictions.
Disliked: The continental breakfast was in a brown paper bag no choice. All facilities were closed down to use. They had an older lady working the front desk and she was very slow.

Disliked: The breakfast was mediocre and my room wasn?t cleaned however, it could be due to covid19. They were very short staffed.

Liked: Location was close to airport
Disliked: So we stayed mid June during the transition of many places re-opening from Covid. My husband stayed the first night and the room was not clean at all - he requested a new room and was given that. Also, the listing on Booking.com stated that they have this great buffet - we found that was not the case and also the pool was closed. We should have expected it during Covid, but I think hotels should be required to change their Booking listing during this time til they bring back the amenities. Also - they still charged for parking ($21) even though the their lot was empty and the amenities inside not availble. I think that stinks!

Very disappointing given we came...

Liked: The pillows are nice. The step in shower was very good. The duvet was nice. The carpeting is cute. The wifi is very inconsistent.
Disliked: The breakfast was completely unacceptable. The first day we did not arrive to pick up the breakfast bags until 8:45am and so I understand why the bags only included a drink, a (barely acceptable) orange and a cheap boxed granola bar. We asked what we could expect tomorrow and they said a muffin would be included. We got there at 7:3am and no muffins. I called corporate they patched me to the management here who only made an excuse about the vendor and hardly apologized. I would have bought something for my 80 year had they told the truth yesterday.
