Excellent hotel and staff! Booking...

Liked: This was a very nice hotel with staff that went all out to help us. The rooms were very nice and the area was easily accessible to may different food and entertainment options.
Disliked: Booking sent in the reservation to the company's old computer system and our reservation couldn't be located upon our arrival. We had to wait several hours before the manager, who was off work and came in only to help us, was able to sort out the issue. I was also informed we over paid by a lot. This is very disheartening since I use this site for my company and to get the best deals.

Liked: Had breakfast available. Coffee or tea available 24/7 . Was very close to the tournaments that my husband had to go to. Like the cleaning service available every other day. Many eating places close by
Disliked: The price/fee per night is on the high side.

Disliked: the fitted sheet wouldn’t stay on. kept coming off with any movement and bunching up. it was clearly worn out
