A fine hotel if you want to see a show at Mr. Smalls. Easy to get to Millvale from this location. Good coffee. Nice breakfast in the morning.

Liked: Friendly staff, not too far from the city, quiet. Very clean.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about :)

Ok for the price, comfortable...

Liked: The staff was really good. There was a new woman training when we checked in (and out) and she was very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: There was a random brown stain on the comforter, there was garbage on the floor, against the bed, the water didn’t get very warm in the shower, the a/c was unable to be adjusted, the light next to the bed didn’t work on one side. The pool and hot tub that was listed on the website was not open. I was told there is remodeling going on, so it wasn’t a huge deal, just a little let down.

Disliked: Room was not the cleanest, and that was after being transferred from a room where the fridge, blinds and telephone did not work. Pool was shut down.
