Even they comp'd our room...
Liked: Since we were only there one night and had a horrible experience the previous visit in May, we were concerned about even staying there. Last time, the room was filthy, were promised a boxed lunch since we left at 4:30 a.m, and no wake-up call at all. Fortunately, my husband awoke a little before our promised wake-up time.. This time the room was clean, they had plenty of "cold" food since we left early again, but they still are having a lot of problems figuring out how to set up the times to wake up the people who are unly staying there as they will be leaving the next morning at PIT. This time instead of setting the wake-up call for 4:15 like we requested, they woke us up at 1:28 which was our room number!!!!! No wake-up call at 4:15.I complained at the front desk and they comp'd the room, but I would much rather have had my sleep.
Disliked: They MUST LEARN TO TEACH THE PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK HOW TO SET THE WAKE-UP TIMES CORRECTLY!!!

polite staff, fresh breakfast maintenance...
Liked: I like where the property way located, it was very convenient to to get around. always had coffee and fresh breakfast in the morning. The staff was very friendly and polite.
Disliked: I had a issue with cleanliness when I first got there I was put into a room where the Fossett seem to be leaking rust and all around the bottom corners of the shower was mold also hair in the drain. The staff asked me if I would like to stay in the room he would comp my stay which I declined. I was issued another room that had the Similar issues I brought it to the staff attention which they were very polite about it and quick and had someone come in there and try to fix the problem. Since I booked with Booking.com I got the wheelchair rolloff shower maybe this was way the showers were not maintained to the proper standard.

Disliked: Needs an upgrade! Lumpy mattresses and pillows and stain on the shower floor.
