I'll give them a chance...

Liked: I have stayed there before, I like the pools and the continental breakfast and the rooms were always clean. The fireplace outside was very nice to sit by at night. It's a very convenient location to Dollywood.
Disliked: It was under extensive construction they weren't cleaning up after themselves. The hallway was dirty downstairs by the lobby and breakfast area they left their equipment in the hallway to where you could not get to the indoor pool without going outside. They kept smoking outside by the fire pit and had all their equipment there and had moved the chairs. I witness I'm smoking outside every time I had to walk from my car through that back area to the lobby to the elevators. That area was dirty. They were working on the floor above us and even at night while we were in bed you could hear them upstairs working. They're also parking there Construction vehicles in the parking lot, using up the handicap spots and a lot of other spots overnight.

I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN...

Liked: BED WAS COMFORTABLE. ROOM WAS CONVIENT TO PARKING. BREAKFAST WAS EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD.STAFF WAS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.
Disliked: FITNESS ROOM WAS CLOSED,DUE TO REMODELING.

Disliked: Breakfast was not good. Most places have regular scrambled eggs, bacon, and biscuits. Sausage and waffles were good.

Liked: Was very disappointed to be alerted of the renovations after the final cancelation date. That was not a good way to do business. Rooms were ok but not worth the money. Will question using this service again.

Disliked: Left early due to emergency and still got charged. Never was informed of construction till we checked in room was dirty. We stay here every year and not satisfied

Not happy

Liked: Didn’t know about renovations until check in on 4th floor, we were on 3rd , told the don’t start work until 9am , we were woken up at 6am to pounding, vacuuming, 2nd day were told next day we would have no water from 9am until 4pm. Could not use hot tub, closed for season, checked out early. Disappointed
