Liked: It was ok. Great location
Disliked: You are pricing yourself out of my budget. Used to really love staying there but it's not as clean as before. Smells like smoke in the elevators. Not sure the sheets were washed. For what you are now charging, there's a Holiday Inn a block away that's cheaper.

Liked: I don't understand the meaning of your stupid emojis! The rooms are too cramped, claustrophobic, and expensive. There was no room service. No bottled water in the rooms. Rooms have no view. I had requested a room on the higher floor, with a view. The lack of a view and the cramped room made my stay unpleasant. I need s credit!!

Liked: Front desk guy that checked us In was professional, friendly, and helpful. The greeting was welcoming upon arrival. Comfortable room and bed. Location close to nearby outlets such as Cracker Barrel. The hotel pool has a hot tub.
Disliked: Breakfast could have used a little more variety and better hot food items. It was ok but could be better.
